Ingredients

• 3-Layer Jello
• 1 6-oz Box Raspberry Jello
• 1 3-ox Box Strawberry Jello
• 4 cups of water
• 2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream (I use Mayfield)

Directions

In a large saucepan, bring 3 cups of water to a hard boil
Remove from the burner and add Jello powder
Stir till completely dissolved, ~ 1 minute
Add in ice cream, stir until ice cream is fully dissolved, ~ 4 minutes
Add in remaining 1 cup of cold water
Stir for another minute
Pour into container(s) and refrigerate
You can use other jello flavors. You can also experiment with the proportions from batch to
batch and the layers will change a bit.
